Description: Dancers, Guitarists, and Singers will have the opportunity to work with one another learning how to apply llamadas, desplantes, marcaje, in following the letra of the cante.

$15.00 per person buffet (middle eastern appetizers, hummus, pita bread and grilled meats). The owner of Laze has been very accommodating for our gathering and has agreed to allow music and dancing. He also is providing a few hookahs.

Privates with Temo or Clinard, Aug. 5-8, 2016
Fee: $70 per hour each
Temo will offer privates in Guitar technique, cante, and dance accompaniment as well as coach your choreography in how to work with cante and guitar communication and interpretation
You will have the opportunity, if you like, to present what you are working on in your private study at the Aug. 8th performance.
Coaching with Temo and Clinard together, Aug. 5-8, 2016
Receive feedback on how to interact and interpret your choreography, cante, and guitar skills when working with dancers and musicians.
Fee: total $130 for both teachers or $65 per teacher
You will have the opportunity if you like, to present what you are working on in your private study at the Aug. 8th performance.
Coaching With Clinard & Temo (por Tangos), Aug. 6 & 7 (Sat & Sun)
Time: 1:30-3:00pm
Where: Clinard Dance, 1833 S.Halsted
Cost: $45 for one day or $80 for both days

Guitarists, singers and dancers are encouraged to bring their remates, respiros, marking steps, salidas, estribillos and escovillas to class to deepen their understanding of the Tangos structure. Students will have a chance to work with each other live in the class or attend as an observer only to glean a better understanding of how the parts (singing, dance and guitar) make a whole in flamenco. Students will have the opportunity to share their workshop studies in the Aug 8th performance.
I am super excited to be accompanying as guitarist and singer for Ensemble Espanol’s 40th Festival Flamenco classes taught by Flamenco Artists from Spain.

For Participants: Participants are recommended to bring paper and pens as well their dance shoes, guitars, and capos. Audio recording allowed. Any video recording or internet posting must have Artist’s approval.
