This is a 1970 Manuel Contreras classical guitar. The guitar has been signed by the Luthier in pen. This is visible inside the sound hole. (see photo) I bought the instrument in 1987 and had a tap-plate placed on for playing Flamenco. The action is excellent to play both flamenco and classical styles. The guitar is in overall good condition.
This guitar has a 26″ scale length.
The top is Spruce.
The back and sides are Brazilian Rosewood.
Fingerboard is Ebony.
